SHIPPING

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business days.  Orders usually take 15-22 shipping business days after your order is received to be delivered. ("Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM EST Time will be processed same-day Monday thru Friday with tracking codes generated and obtained.
Orders after 12:00 PM EST Time will be processed the next business day. Orders usually take 15-22 business days to be delivered. 

 

International Orders?

Most in-stock items generally ship from our fulfillment center within 2 business days and arrive among 15-22 business days after your order is received. ("Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.

Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Canadian Orders

We ship to any address in the continental US and Canada.

Standard Canada carrier is UPS 

Shipments to Canada are now available ! UPS Standard Service is used and it will be charged based on your order weight. For more information please visit UPS page.

Please note: ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND/OR FEES are the CUSTOMER'S responsibility.

International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including desired service level (standard/express), number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the item, and the destination country/region. 

ORDER CLAIMS

If you would like to open a claim in regards to an issue with your order please email us at customerservice@embellezeusa.com including the following information:

• Date you received your order,
• Photos for proof of issue.

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to inform us of your order issue.
After 15 days all SALES are considered FINAL SALE.
All photos for proof must be sent in one email ONLY.

RETURNS

In the US you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. After 15 days all SALES are considered FINAL SALE.
Items must NOT BE USED AND HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AT  www.novexhaircare.com in order to be can be returned.

Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.
We do not offer FREE returns. Therefore, the CUSTOMER will be RESPONSIBLE for any return charges.

Once the products have been received at our office, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be released. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

Please consider that international purchases are all done sale, therefore we don't accept returns from Canada.

DAMAGES

Unfortunately Novex Hair Care can not control how carriers handle the packages. We completely understand damages happen. Please see below how to proceed if your order is damaged:

By damaged we understand that if either the top, bottle/jar is broken, or if the content inside the product leaked more than 30%.

You have 14 calendar days to inform us of your damaged order.
After 15 days all SALES are considered FINAL SALE.
Only items that have been purchased via this website can be replaced.
All photos for proof of damages must be sent in one email ONLY.
Once the products have been approved by Novex Hair Care you are allowed to receive a replacement up to 7 Business days. Replacement products are subject to available inventory.
